The illegal colored resort has been operated by the defendant it is said for many years. An injunction suit wa.s filed against the Brown woman in an effort to have the resort abated.The complaint sets out that the woman now and during the past six months, hajs been using the house at 100 TSagle street and keeping it for the purpose of lewdness.
