He alleges that Conductor Will Shea,of the Daisy line,assaulted him without provocation while a passenger on his train* Conductor Shea claims that Snip}) refused to pay his fare when he boarded the train at Fourth street, in Louisville. After asking him in a courteous manner, a second time, Shea proceeded to unceremoniously eject Snipp from the coach. Snipp secured a judgement for damages in a similar suits everal years ago. The bridge company will fight the suit,churning thatJShea did not exceed his authority.The damage suit of Stephen White man against the K. and I bridge company to recover alleged damages for injuries, has been continued in the Floyd cucuit court.Mary Gibson has liied a partition suit against Jacob Gibson in the Clark ciicuit court..Jury Commissioner John 1). Sharp failed to arrive this morning, and the drawing ot the grand and petit urors takes place tiiis afternoon.
