Killed a» Indian Desperado.Tahlequaii, L T., Feb. 2.—Waco Hampton, a noted Indian desperado, has been killed by Deputy- United States Marshal Bruner, who came across him ten miles east of here. Hampton was young, but his criminal history was long and desperate. When 14. years of age he and his father killed an old man named Kemac. The boy was sent to a reform school, while his father was sent to the penitentiary. The hoy _ escaped and returning took part in killing Bill Cristy. Six weeks ago he and John Brown killed Deputy Marshals Poorbov and Whitehead. Brown was captured by Bruner, who immediately started in pursuit of Hampton, with tks above result.
