Guess Who Doesril Get Traffic Tickets in Reno?By MARILYN NEWTON“City employes, including policemen, are not subject to traffic tickets while driving city vehicles,” Reno police Cheif Elmer Briscoe said today.His statement followed an accident between a police paddy wagon and a car Tuesday night.Police said the paddy wagon driver, officer Albert John Mo-ehel, 34, of 431 Church Lane, was not cited. -They said the policeman was unable to stop for a slowing car driven by Joseph Albert Maguie, 34, of Reno, and hit Maguire's car in the rear. I can’t tell you what we'd do if an officer went berserk and hit someone.“When an officer is arrested for burglary he is treated likeanyone else.
