Provnncher, 20, Waterbary. who admitted a charge of. theft of motor vehicle but pleaded not guilty lo a second charge bf .thr^e counts of breaking and entering. Provancher .elected a jury trial tentatively assigned lot Feb.' 15.Not guilly pleadings were entered; by William J. Huresky, 23, Seymour, violation of the uniform state narcotics drug act; Howard Lewis, 23, Bridgeport, robbery wiih violence and escape; Joseph Scott, *16, Bridgeport, aggravated assault; Michael Seuo, 10,' Bridgeport; burglary and breaking and entering dwelling house in the day season; Juliano L. Seriano, 18, Bridgeport, robbery with violence; Louis C. Dubois, 23, Bridgeport, attempted robbery with violence, and Clarence R.2 PERSONS HURT IN AUTO CRASH(WThe driver of one car and a passenger in a second car were injured in an accident at 8 o’clock last night at Park avenue and Powell place.Police said Mildred Zamfino, 51, of 1301 Howard avenue, received head and knee injuries and was taken lo St. Vincent's • hospital in a police emergency ambulance. She was later released.Mrs. ZamVmo was riding in an auto driven by her husband, Frank, 37, which' collided with a car operated by Eli Burde, 51, of 2310 Park avenue, *■Mr. Burde complained of neck and back pains, police said.Patrolman' John Sleeper said the Zamfino car hit the Burdc auto, causing Mr. Burde to lose control of the vehicle which mounted a center esplanade on Park avenue. ; •Patrolman Sleeper arrested Mr. Zamttno on a charge of failure to keep a reasonable distance aparl.Both cars were lowed from the scene.t
