The inspector said theK counterfeit titles were so nearly r perfect it was virtually impossi-|t ble to tell them from the genuine.The men in custody, booked as, Walter Clot and Frank Martin, * told of having the titles printed for two Pennsylvanians known only to them as “Moe and Jack.” County Solicitor R.
