LR suspect arrested in LALITTLE ROCK (AP) - A former Little Rock karate instructor arrested in Los Angeles and charged on a fugitive warrant with first-degree murder waived extradition Tuesday.Police said A.C Reed, 29, would be transported to Little Rock within three days, although he has some traffic warrants pending in California.Reed is charged in connection with the Feb 12, 1974, slayings of Carmen Sue Margrave, 18, and Ernest Dene “Lanny” Landrum, 21. Reed was arrested in Los Angeles Monday after Little Rock authorities issued the warrant Sunday night and forwarded the information to Los Angeles, where Reed was known to be stayingDetectives here said the Margrave-Landrum slayings have been among their most vexing cases
