Kruse, predicted a week ago the building would be completed at the end of this week. After inspecting the site Wed-® nesday he said it would be at least ie two more weeks until completion. 1 The construction supervisor, ^ Ed Pflieger, said he thinks thebuilding should be ready to move into in two weeks. Included in the l’ work to be done are the in--s stallation of cabinets and kitchen appliances, completion of the 3 communications center and the !° laying of sidewalks. The last job, ,r he said, will be cleaning up the building and the job site.The original completion date on ld the building was October. Since t0 then, the completion date Si frequently has been changed. The contractor, Building Systems m Inc., of Topeka, since early 'e December has been paying theIW county a $25 a day penalty for latereercompletion.
