The case of George Celoat charged with the murder of Henry Trible was begun Tuesday morning. This is the 6econd hearing in the case. At the first hearing the jury gave Beloat a life sentence. The jurors for the present hearing are: It. N. Parrett, S. It. Adams, Jos. P. Phillips, Wm. McCarty, Wm. Taylor, D. II. K entile, 1). B. Montgomery, S. M. Montgomery, John Mchan, Nathaniel Ilitcb, Lewis Watkins and D. W. Smith. The taking of evidence closed just before the dinner hour Thursday, and the case went to the jury shortly after 10 o’clock Friday morning aud before noon it found a verdict of not guilty.
