Catharine Duncan, of Wilton, sues William Berg, L. N Ay re*. George Sherberjter, Frank McCartney am! A. R. Whitmer, of that city, for $ 10.000 damages, because they searched her house looking for Intoxicating liquors. In her petition the plaintiff sta*es that on Nov. 1. 1H»2 she was sic k and \% poor health;and that at 10 o clock at night George: Sherherger, the constable, and Frank McCartr.ev and A. H.
