Pierre «T. D. Larmoyeux has filed suit against L. A. 300 for $214,75, tbe amount of the undertaker’s bill for burying George Tabron. The defendants named in the complaint are Simon Burns, president, Paul St. Peter, secretary, and Larry Cullen, preceptor of L. A. 300, and J. WillBaxter, the undertaker. It is said that it is customary for L. A. 300 to bury dead members of the organization. When Robert Tabron died Will Baxter was engaged to conduct tbe funeral. Mr. Baxter presented the bill but was ignored. He then sold tbe account to Pierre Larmoyeux, whose attempts to collect it were also ignored.
