Pot host a well-known farmer and dairyman, died at 7:20 o'clockthis morningat his home one mile east of tae village of St, Marys of cancer. The deceased wa^ bom at Sippe, Germany January 24, 18t36, and came to America when 19 years of age. He settled at Indianapolis, hut removed to his farm near St. Marys in 1887. He is survived by a wife and eight children, besides three sisters and three brothers. The children are August Pothast, Mrs. Laura King, Mrs. Ida Katzenberger, Mrs, Carrie German, Mrs. Robert Tietv, Mrs. Olga. Gentry. Alice Pothast and William Pothast.
