Fatal Quarrel Amonc Knrmen.Oainesvillr, Tex., Dot*. 23.—Information has just reached here of another murder in Indian Territory. One Wolford had leased a farm of one Bourne. When the time arrived for Wolford to take possession, Bourne refused to vacate, and tried to make Wolford give up his lease. Sunday morning Wolford and young Bourne got into a quarrel and each ran for their guns. Wolford secured the first shot, firing fifteen buckshot into Bourne’s body, who died instantly. Wolford mounted his horso and started away, when a shot from old man Bourne’s gun brought down the horse, but Wolford escaped.
