burn.A 22-YEAR-OLD Elgin areaman has been charged with the slaying of University of Texas co-ed Diana Laura Hinojosa and remains in the Lee County jail without bond.Benjamin Jackson, married and the father of two children, was charged with murder with malice in the court of Peace Justice Host. He was arrested in a San Antonio apartment.
