Three Prisoners Lose Freedom BidOKLAHOMA CITY OB — Three State Penitentiary inmates will have to continue serving their sentences under a ruling by the State Criminal Court of Appeals.Writs to obtain freedom yesterday were denied George Roe. serving 35 years for killing C. J. Cannavan in Carter County; R. L. Arles, serving a term from Johnston County for grand larceny and Charner M. Tidwell, doing 30 yeari from Delaware County fQr manslaughter.The conviction of Elder Hunt, Idabel, was upheld. He was given 60 days and fined $250 for receiving stolen property.
