Three Prisoners Lose Freedom BidOKLAHOMA CITY Ufl — Three State Penitentiary inmates will have to continue serving their sentences under a ruling by the State Criminal Court of Appeals.Writs to obtain freedom yesterday were denied George Roe. serving 35 years for killing C. J. Cannavan in Carter County; R. L. Arles, serving a term from Johnston County for grand larceny and Charner M. Tidwell, doing 30 year* from Delaware County for manslaughter.The conviction of Elder Hunt, Idabel, was upheld. He was given 60 days and fined $250 for receiving stolen property.
