Teens Attack2 HammonditesTwo Hammond men were the • victims of a Christmas Eve assault ; by a gang of teens.David Creviston, 4733 Towle Ave., • and Rodger Thomas, 844 Chicago i St., told police Wednesday that at : 10 p.m. Christmas Eve they were driving at Hoffman Ave. and Cedar St. when someone threw a stone at , their car.They said that, after driving around the block, someone smashed a right window of the car. They then got out and were attacked by a mob of boys, some with knives.Police said Creviston had a tooth , knocked out and Thomas had a large cut on his right hand.
