McCORMICK IS FINEDWalter McCormick, restaurant proprietor, was fined $10 and costs by Judge Mungo van yesterday morning for selling cigare-ts to minora. The specific charge was that McCormick sold cigars to Milan Waterman, jspn of F- Waterman, last« AprlL McCormick testified that Waterman had instructed him to give his boys clgara If he, Waterman,, should send for them. McCormick said that ho charged the cigars to Waterman, but that when he tried to collect the bill, ho was forced to draw on Water* man's wages through a jtiatleo of the peace.
