Bandit Takes$110 at MotelETWARDSVTLLE—An armed robbery of the .Sun Motel on U.S. Bypass W? between Rt. 67 and the Chain of Rocks Bridge was reported by sheriff’s deputies in a report on file in the j county jail today.Night riders Mel Bess and I-ee | Moss said they were told by the I proprietor of the motel. Ralph Hock, that the robber had obtained ahout $110 in the holdup.( Hock reported that the mm came into the motel office iste [Friday evening to rent a room. When Hock began to fill out the application, the man drew a toreign-made revolver and demanded his money. Hock tv'gan. Afterward, the robber ordered Hock to turn his hack and escaped toward Chain of Rocks Bridge,The man was described as about .'W years old. 6 feet tall with dark wavy hair, wearing a dark suit and pointed hlack vhnes. He was driving a 19S9 or 1%0 tan or light gray Chevrc-let, but Hock was unable to * h-tnln the license number.
