Four persona c harged with: drunkenness were fined in the lo-, cal court this morning by Judge Frank B. Pettis.Hughie Taylor was arrested byOfficers D. Aven and George Pryoron a complaint sworn out by hislandlady, Lucy Hicks, chargingdisturbing the peace and beingdrunk. He was fined $15, $10 ofwhich he paid and was given astav of execution on the balance.•'Pete Arnold, arrested by Officer Frank Hollingshead, paid a $10 fine for drunkenness. John M. Co-jaehen and G. Nelson, arrested by Chief of Police J. B. Kerrick and Officer Hollingshead were each 1 fined $10 which they paid.
