Bill Claims He MakesGood WhiskeyWilliam BittBmuski is deeply ag- Jgrieved because the quality of the moonshine he manufactures has been questioned. In last week’s paper it ] was mentioned that the principal in-s lt;gradients in William’s product were potato peelings and lye. Although hedoes not state what articles he uses i in turning out his powerful stimu-lt;] iJ1lant, he wishes to emphatically deny the use of potato peelings. Bill claims to make genuine whiskey, and he is evidently jealous of his reputation in producing a smooth piece of goods, , or else he is afraid that the unfavor- {i able publicity will injure his future business. Why not advertise, Bill, and tell the world that your bourbon is not made from old socks nor cooked , in a rusty boiler. That your product ; is pure and unadulterated and free J from mice and vermin. First try out the mash on the family cow, and if the animal lives, the stuff is safe to drink.lt;it
