Arthur Peterson, 34 years old of New Bedford, Mass., sustained severe injuries Monday morning:, when he was struck near First and Wabash avenue by a truck driven by Forest Graves, 24, 214 Wabash avenue. The injured man was taken to St. Anthony's hospital where he was found suffering from a brain concussion, and severe cuts and bruises. Following the accident Graves and Everett Sullivan, 16, of Taylorvilie. a passenger in the truck, were arrested and jaiied on charges ofvagrancy and ordered held for investigation. Peterson was walking on the sidewalk when the truck skidded into him,TUESDAYA verdict of accidental death due to a fractured skull was returned by Coroner Van Arsdall in the death of Robert Fagan, 48 years old, of Springfield, 111., who died at St. Anthony's hospital early Tuesday morning. Fagan, who had been rooming at 449 North Second, is reported to have suffered an epileptic attack and fell while eating supper at the Vigo county jail Monday evening.Richard Dixon, 3? years old of Dresser, was arrested on charges of operating an automobile while intoxicated and without a driver’s license and operating a car with improper license plates and ordered held for further investigation following an accident at Lafayette and Seventh avenues.
