Superior Criminal Court- Mason, J.Jeremiah McMackin was found not guilty ofselling liquor. James M. Freeman, for sellingliquor, was fined $50 and costs. Janies Ring, fordrunkenness, was fined $5 and costs. Joseph P. White was tried for selling liquor within 400 feet of a school house, and the ease given to the jury. Several persons, for minor offences, were released on their own recognizance.
