A. dispatch from Bloomington to the Louisville Courier-Journal says that on the last night of. the'Jones-Toliver habeas cor-pus case, Bent Jones was so fearful of assassination he had the court house windows blinded. - It also says that an appeal will be taken to the Supreme Court of the State immediately, when that body will set as a Circuit Court and determine whether bail shall or shall not be granted.
