Four Arrested Following Monday Narcotic Raid*A narcotics raid on a West Monahans apar tment resulted in the arrest of four persons for possession of marijuanaMonday nightSammy Cubin, 27 of Odessa and Jackie Eugene Redmon, 23 of Monahans were arrestedat the residence at 1608West Sealy after law of-*fieials found approximately five poundsof a substance believed to be marijuana, according to police officersT u e s d a v morning, James Redmon, 24. and La Rhonda McKinney. 22, both of Monahans, turned themselves in, accompanied by their attorney, Mike Wade According toDeputy Sheriff Armando Marin.
