J. Williams, justice cf the pence.hv Ernes4 Pickett. The affidavit had«•been filed on September 26. 1021.Pickett and Borders had had t.rnu-bb\ and a short time after their clash. Borders is said to have disappeared from his home here. He hadremained away until a few days n-go.Borders entered a plea, of guilty when arraigned in the justice of the peace court. He was fined $1 and costs, a total of $9.55, which he paid Tuesday night.
