Robert Sirignano, 28, who! earlier this month escaped a murder charge after he fatallyshot his girl friend's husband, was less lucky Friday on an-j other matter. jHe was sentenced to three [months in County Jail by Superior Judge Joseph M. Malt-by, as a condition of three-year j probation on a narcotics possession charge.Officers said they found marijuana in his apartment on jSt. Louis St.Sirignano was freed of criminal responsibility in the death of Michael Levitski, 34, of 1056 E. 72nd St. Thanksgiving morning, when a coroner’s jury ruled he shot in self-defense.
