Verdict of Assault and Battery.|Correspondence of the Baltimore Sun.I Frrdkkick, Mi„ Dee. W.—The trial of Harvey Bub’tman, aged 19, son of tdlas Buher-man.of Fo.vville, for shooting with intent tokill Mr. Ezra Drown, Nov. 1, 1W2, was concluded in the Circuit lt;ourt this evening, with a'verdiet of “guilty of assault and battery.” The difficulty crew out of a quarrel about some chickens. From the effects of the wounds inflicted by Buherman, Mr. Drown was contlned to his bed fur about sevenmonths.
