Negro Bound Over On Murder ChargeJames Roberts accused of shooting a Negro woman on Stevens street a short time ago was bound over to the grand jury by Judge Fleetwood after a hearing yesterday. He is held pending the meeting of the Grand Jury, with-out bond.
