GRAND LARCENYSECOND DEGREE, IS CHARGEMaynard Larson, Glen Yerhot and Raymond Weik of Freeborn county were arraigned In Justice G. F. 'Peter's court yesterday and were charged with grand larceny In the second degree. The complainant alleged that on December 13, 1940, the three men broke into and entered a building belong ing to Carl Anderson. They were charged with having stolen several wrenches, an American Gas lantern, scrap iron, gasoline, and a gasoline can. They waived preliminary hearing and were bound over to district court under bonds of $1000 each.
