MEDINA MAN TURNS * INTO STEADY GUEST lt;[ ! 1Christ Schilling Lands in Jail Twice IWithin Week 1Christ Schilling of Medina has found ! himself an occupant of the county jail for the second time within a week. On ! Monday of last week he was arrested by state highway patrolmen for driving while intoxicated. Appearing before Mayor L. F. Garver on Tuesday he pleaded guilty and was fined $100and costs. iUnable to pay the fine, he was lodgedin the jail. However, on Saturday afriend raised the necessary funds and iSchilling was released shortly afternoon. iAt about 9 o’clock Saturday eveninghe was placed under arrest again for driving while intoxicated when Constable W. A. Moore of Spencer found him and his car in the ditch two and a half miles south of Spencer. He was returned to the county bastille and appeared before Justice C. C. Toubv of Spencer. Monday morning. Pleading I not guilty to the charge, he was bound !! over to the grand jury under $200 bond ! and was returned again to the sheriff's‘ hostelry pending posting of the bond. J
