Hirschi, it will be remembered, is the party who made himself notorious as a harness thief. The jury in the case Drought in a verdict finding the defendant guilty as charged In the indictment, and found the harness valued at $35.State of Iowa vs Charles E. Hoppe, was on trial at the adjournment of the court. Defendant is indicted for the larceny of $tiC0 from Joseph Pfiffner, of Waupeton.Court adjourned until 1) o’clock this morning.
