Filling to get in the door, he walked back out into the yard and was shot from a window by young Capps, the police charged.Flying pellets also wounded twoother persons. Betty Adkins, six-year-old daughter of the slain man, who saw’ her father shot, was struck in two or threeplaces in the body by shot. Hospital authorities at the McKen-dree hospital, where she was taken, reported today that she was not seriously injured.Ed Sawyer, of Claremont, was also struck in the arm by two or three shot but was released fromState Trooper W R.
