M.CASES TO COMEBEFORE JURORS- One of the largest grand jury ses-• ?ions to bs held in Wayne comity for some time will take place when the. are called in January, it is indicated in the transcripts on file in the office of Prosecutor Marion Graven.While there have been sessions in vdiieh the jury has investigated more cases there have been few in which casm of such importance have been involved. Included in the cases to he considered by this session are two which involve murder Charges.Sixteen cases will be presented, ac** cording to present plans. There as the possibility that one or two more may be brought in before the session is called during the first part of the year. . ^It is estimated that between 40 and 50 witnesses wall be summoned before the jury for the cases now pending. It is because the cases involve charges necessitating so many witnesses that there is the promise of a much longer session than usual.Twenty-two people are charged with ci i pies involved . in the sixteen casies now awaiting action.Two Murder Cases.The murder charges have been filed against George Bauhpf, formerly of OrrviUe, and John Booth, of Akron.
