On last Saturday evening the trial of Madame Good wine, proprietress of the chop house on the west side of the square, together with her female help, on the charge of prostitution, was had before Esquire Ingels and a jury of twelve men. The evidence was not concluded until one o'clock Sundaynjorninv, and the attorneys occupiedthree hours in their argument. At four o’clock a. m. the jury retired and at six reported that they were unableagree. Another trial will be had
