On last Saturday evening the trial of Madame Good wine, proprietress ofj the chop house on the west side of the square, together with her female help, on the charge of prostitution, was had before Esquire Ingels and a jury ofj twelve men. The evidence was not concluded until one o’clock Sunday njorntnv, and the attorneys occupied three hours in their argument. At lour o’clock a. m. the jury retired and *t six reported that they were unableto agree. Another trial will be hadto-day.
