Circuit Court.—The adjourned terra •of the Circuit Court foi this county commenced its session here on Tuesday, the 12th insfcj llis Honor, Judge Humphrey, presiding. That day was passed in ther trial of one or two unimportant cases, but •OH, Wednesday, the case of John Murray, for the murder of John O’Neill, was called, the particulars of which unfortunate affair we^fully published at the time of its occurence, in August last.The case created considerable interest, and some time was spent in securing a jury. Able counsel haYO conducted the case on both sides. At the time we go to press (noon of to-day), the examination of witnesses has closed, and the summing •up of the evidence on the part of the State is being proceeded with. The case will ■doubtless go to the jury during the afternoon or evening, the result of which we xnust defer until next week.
