Four persons were bound over to the grand jury last week by Justice of the Peace Wilma Lunceford.Also,^ in court Thursday, a woman was given a suspended sentence to county jail and a man was sentenced to county jail. ...Judge Lunceford:* bcun'd over Willie J. Smith, 39, of Holland ale on charges of aggravated assault and strong-arm robbery. Bond was set at $5,000.Smith was arrested Oct. 25 and charged in connection with the strong-arm robbery of Wilbert Fritz of w ‘Norltiside Drive. The incident occurred near Foote.Fritz alleged that Smith assaulted him with a tire tnnl and took about $200 from him.'
