Brown, 24, of Vermillion, Ohio, and Gerald Frame, 28, of Amljerst, Ohio, employes of tie Hatfield Power Plant. He allegedly took $400 in cash and a set of'keys, and made off with Brown's car.Rogers was charged with burglary and larceny of a motor vehicle. He' was lodged in Greene County Jail, Waynes-bure. in lieu of $5,000 bond.
