Indictments Given To Dope SuspectsWICHITA (AP) — Indictments charging 15 men and women with narcotics violations in dealing in heroin and marijuana at Topeka, Junction City and Lawrence were returned by a federal grand jury today,Newell George, U.S. district attorney, told newsmen the narcotics indictments followed contacts and raids by federal agents in the three cities two weeks ago. and represented one of the largest dope roundups ever staged in Kansas.Those indicted were:Maude Esther Lawton, Alice Marie Hancox, Napoleon R.
