CLINEDALLAS, Dec. 15— ()—Chief of Dallas Detectives Will Fritz said here today he would seek extradition of Alfred L. Cline from California if a Dallas grand jury indicts Cline on a charge of murder in the death of a woman here last year.Cline, an ex-convict whose arrest at San Francisco Dec. 3, precipitated an investigation of the deaths of four elderly women In various parts of the nation, was charged with murder here yesterday in one of the deaths. He has been held at San Francisco on a charge of suspicion of forgery.“Our chief aim,” said Fritz, “is to see that Cline is brought to trial.* We are anxious to bring him to Dallas to face the charges we have against him. 1 am sure the grand jury will consider the evidence when it goes into session here early next month.The charge against Cline, filed by Fritz in the court of W. L. Sterret, justice of the peace, read:“Murder Is filed against Alfred L. Cline in connection with the death of a person whose true name to the affiant is unknown but who was known as Mrs. Alice W. Carpenter, by administering poison, the type of which is unknown.” Doctor Viewed Pictures.Dr. W. E.
