Her husband thought she had become a wendigo, and decided that she must be killed in order to prevent her from eating other members 'vf her band.Grabbing his wite around the body with one arm, be grasped her hair with the other hand and twisted her head until her neck was broken. The Indian was taken into custody on the charge of murder.
