Shooting Victim Coming HomeWINBURNE JoAnn Dunlap, 15, of Winburne, victim of a Nov. 23 shooting incident, will be released tomorrow from Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, where a spokeswoman today said she is in satisfactory condition.Miss Dunlap, daughter of Joe Dunlap and Nancy Perschka, both of Witi-burne, was watching television at the Elmer Sotts residence, Trolly S.reet, Winburne, when she was shot in the right upper leg. Two juveniles with whom she had been watching television were charged in the shooting.
