‘William TeW Suspect ArraignedA man accused of fatally wounding his 5-year-old daughter when he failed to shoot a tangerine orF her head was arraigned Monday in Sanla Monica Municipal Court,Santa Monica Judge Hecfor P. Baida ordered Eugene K. Van Dcnburgh, 31, to return to his court on Dec. 21 for a preliminary hearing. Police said the man shot liis daughter, Elizabeth. in the forehead with his new 22-caliber rifle last Friday afternoon. She died Saturday in Santa Monica Hospital.
