Will Be T»Keu to Awriii Warren.Some time ago a medical examination was made as to the sanity of Charles Spicsman, of 13 Barber street Physicians pronounced him insane and steps were taken to send him to the state asylum at North Warren. To this end a commitment was asked for of the county commissioners, but as Spicsman showed no signs of being dangerous or violent the matter has remained in abeyance until within a day or two past Neighbors of Salesman's became alarmed, however, and asked the authorities to to take action in the matter. The commitment is now in the hands of M, K. Bouse and Spiesman will be taken to North Warren for treatment this morning, About eighteen months ago he was struck on the head by a sledge dying from its handle and it vras probably this,blow which affected his mind.
