—Ail interesting law suit took place before Alderman Leslie on Thursday evening, in which Margaret Sackett was the plaintiff* and Mrs. William Rudest 11 the defendant. It waa for the larceny of some fancy underwear, which Margaret claimed Mrs. Rudesill had purloined. The case was settled by Mrs. Rim led 11 returning the underwear and paying the costs.
