McCullcn 65, or 306 Spniee St , hit hv a car as he was crossing West Ave at Broad St.Arrested on a charge of failure jto yield the right of way to a pedestrian was Timer R. Hoak, 37, at 714 West River St. McCullen received brush burns to the legs and left wrist.. Hoak is to appear in court tomorrow.
