Fry In Story county district court here late Wednesday afternoon to answer to a charge of breaking and entering in connection with the theft of money and merchandise from an Ontario store last March.Oyler, arrested by Sheriff J. R. Hattery and Deputy Martin Hanson at his home near Colo Tuesday night, has signed a written confes-s‘on admitting that he and Eugene Smith of Ames broke into the Grubb grocery store at Ontario one (night last March and stole $7 in i cash, two pairs of shoes, tobacco and other merchandise.Smith was sentenced to an indeterminate sentence not to exceed 10 years in the state penitentiary when he pleaded guilty to a larceny charge before Judge Fry at Boone Saturday. Smith was sentenced for his part in robberies at Napier and Ericson.Oyler has previously served six months In Story county jail on a grand larceny charge and his record shows that he served 18 months in a Jail at Rawlings, Wyo., for the larceny of an automobile.
