The taxpayer who will take) the trouble to scan the county billsfor livery hire will readily see that it was strictest economy to have a vehicle of some sort, and as nothing on wheels can stand the wear and tearP*1ovaud do the work of an auotmobile, there was wisdom in the purchase of such a machine.
