He■ drew a fine of $2 aud eosts.Frank Crichton, a colored barber working in the Brooks barber shop, was arrested Saturday morning on complaint of Charles Fogle. It is alleged that Crichton and Fogle had a few words in the Mausz saloon in South Erie street, late Fiiday night, and that Fogle was assaulted by the colored man with a razor in his hands. Fogle's clothes were cut through to the skin in several places, but he was not injured. The case will be heard in mayor’s court Saturday afternoon.
